Giedre Jackyte, actor, dancer, producer and writer, was born in Kazlu Ruda, a small countryside town in Lithuania.
A few days after her 19th birthday, Giedre moved to London to study Dance at the University of Roehampton and obtained a BA (Hons) in performing arts. She also trained at the IDENTITY School of Acting to further extend her performance skills.
From a young age, Giedre trained in Karate Kyokushin and competed in national youth competitions. Giedre is now training in Eskrima Doce Pares, a form of Filipino martial arts and is a British champion. She also has gained an instructor's qualification and currently teaches at the Hybrid FMA club in London. Giedre has produced events such as London Fashion Week (2020, 2021, 2022), Hustlers in Heels (2021) and based on the true story theatre play "White Boi" (2022), to name a few. As a writer, she continues her freelance work for many online and print platforms.
